Kaye Willi is a tax attorney and CPA. She is the managing partner at Willi Law Office, LLC, a taxpayer defense law firm (WilliLaw).
WilliLaw’s team of CPAs, tax attorneys and enrolled agents apply case law and use IRS regulations and guidelines to represent taxpayers in disputes with IRS and other taxing authorities.
Through the use of Kovel agreements, WilliLaw partners with CPAs in representing clients in income tax audits and appeals as well as in U.S. Tax Court.
Kaye’s tax career spans over 30 years, and includes serving as a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio as well as senior tax accountant at a Big 4 accounting firm.
Kaye has published numerous articles on various tax topics and is a frequent speaker for professional and community groups, including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Accountant Information Market, the Delaware County Board of Realtors and the National Business Institute. Kaye is a contributing author of the book, Your Business and the IRS: A Survival Guide (2020).
